As a blind author, international speaker, and founder of JC Empowerment Ministries, Janet Perez Eckles gives a new meaning to God-given victory and success. She overcame not only the loss of her eyesight at age 30, but endured the loss of her youngest son to violence, as well as the acquittal of the man responsible.
